Terms And Conditions
The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Airport Minicabs Hampton. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Definitions
Airport Minicabs Hampton, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
Booking
2.1 It is imperative to allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-in. Airport Minicabs Hampton disclaims responsibility for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for collection at the scheduled time.
2.2 You are responsible for ordering a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Airport Minicabs Hampton does not guarantee the transportation of an excessive amount of luggage. A child, irrespective of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made at the time of booking.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotes, based on information provided by you, exclude VAT unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust the provided quote in the event of substantial changes to the itinerary.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time incurs additional charges at the standard Airport Minicabs Hampton rate.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation promptly. Failure to notify discrepancies absolves Airport Minicabs Hampton of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment methods accepted are cash, credit card, or debit card.
The Service
4.1 Passenger behavior during the journey is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts caused by passengers.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.
4.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.
4.4 Carrying passengers beyond licensing or insurance limits is not allowed.
Cancellations
5.1 Notify us of cancellations at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation charges, based on time and distance covered by the driver, apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch.
5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges on the original payment.
Liability
6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. Airport Minicabs Hampton bears no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative car for a prompt continuation of your journey.
6.4 You indemnify Airport Minicabs Hampton for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 Parties cannot exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Airport Minicabs Hampton may subcontract obligations stated in this agreement. You shall not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Airport Minicabs Hampton at any time, with changes reflected on this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
8.3 Information processing adheres to the Data Protection Act of 1988 guidelines.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Airport Minicabs Hampton and yourself.
8.5 No provisions in these terms and conditions intended to confer benefits to a third party. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes beyond this timeframe are not obliged to be entertained by Airport Minicabs Hampton.
